Vantis Project Intelligence exists because the tools we needed on real programmes didn't exist — or existed only as heavyweight installs that no security team would approve.
VPI-4010 · The story
Vantis PI was founded in the UK by Vamsi Kolliboina BEng, MCM, PMP, MAPM — a practising project controls manager who has spent his career planning, analysing and defending programmes across infrastructure, construction, oil & gas and defence.
The pattern kept repeating. A schedule needed health-checking, but the analysis tools lived on one licensed machine in another office. A board needed a one-page summary, so someone redrew the programme by hand in PowerPoint at 11pm. A claim needed forensic analysis, and the file couldn't be sent to an external consultant's cloud for confidentiality reasons — so the work took months instead of days.
Every one of those problems had the same shape: professional-grade methods locked behind heavyweight, install-only, cloud-dependent software. So we built the alternative — tools that run where the modern workplace already lives, the browser, and that treat your data the way defence and oil & gas clients require by default: it never leaves your device.

Not a policy. A design decision.
Most vendors promise not to misuse your data. We designed systems that never receive it. When you load an XER into a Vantis product, the file is parsed and analysed by code running in your own browser — there is no upload, no server-side processing, nothing to breach.
- Client-side processing — analysis runs on your device, full stop
- No programme uploads — your XER / MPP never crosses the wire
- E2E-encrypted collaboration — where co-editing exists, only ciphertext moves
- Security-review friendly — the easiest audit answer is "the data never left"

Method before interface
A beautiful tool computing the wrong SPI(t) is worse than useless. We implement recognised methods — DCMA, Earned Schedule, AACE-aligned forensic techniques — and show our working.
Respect the practitioner
Familiar interfaces, honest pricing, exportable results. No lock-in, no "book a demo" wall — the products speak for themselves in the first ten minutes.
Privacy is the default
Not a premium tier, not a toggle. Every Vantis product starts from the position that your programme data is nobody's business but yours.
